Mummy Yoga and Play
(One ticket includes 1 x adult & please add number of children you will be bringing to the class which is no extra cost)
This class is a chance for mums & dads to bring your wee ones along to play with toys and socialise with other children, giving yourself some me-time to focus on your body and mind. Classes are Vinyasa style, focused on linking your breath with a continuous flow of movement whilst moving through different postures. This can help:
- Build strength
- Promote flexibility
- Find inner & outer balance
- Prevent repetitive motion injuries from your daily lifestyle
Vinyasa yoga will help you relax and even promote a nurturing instinct through oxytocin stimulation.
Please note classes are for parents with children aged 5 months up to primary school age. We ask for the child tickets so we are aware of the number of children who will be in attendance.
11am - 12pm: Yoga Class | 12pm - 2pm: Play in Little Farmers
