We are operating a prebooking service for our Santa Experiance to comply with Covid-19 restrictions. 

Breakfast Menu - You can choose from one of the following:

• Craigie’s maple glazed ham and spinach, eggs benedict, hollandaise sauce.
• Sweet French toast, berry compote, homemade yoghurt
• Toasted croissant, scrambled egg, smoked salmon,
• Craigie’s full breakfast
• Two pigs in blanket – Buffalo farm sausages wrapped in bacon, tomato, ragu and chunky toast.

Kids can have a choice of one of above (half portion) or one of the following:

• Pancake stack with maple syrup
• Breakfast roll with 2 items
• 4 item breakfast.

All washed down with unlimited tea/coffee or cordial

• Turkey, leek and chestnut pie, mash, roast sprouts and pancetta
• Pork sage and cranberry sausage roll, roasted sweet potato and Craigie’s Chilli Jam,
• Warm salad of roasted balsamic beetroot, red onion and bulgar wheat with goats cheese and rocket.
• Salmon and broccoli high side quiche
• Craigie’s chicken burger in a brioche bun with cranberry relish and rainbow slaw

Kids can have a choice of one of the above (half portion) or one of the following:

• Pork sausage roll and beans
• Highland beef burger in a brioche bun with seasonal salad
• Kids box

All washed down with unlimited tea/coffee or cordial
